    Choose between multiple plaque types and materials. Design the plaque with options to personalise such as adding images, border designs and more.

  • 2. Order & Approve artwork

    Once your plaque is ordered, we send a free artwork preview of every plaque we make for your review and approval. Production is only started once you are satisfied

  • 3. Engraved & Delivered

    Once approved, we quote lead times as 7-10 working days however it may be sooner. Orders are dispatched on a 24-hour delivery service - ready to be received, displayed and treasured for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my personalised plaque take to arrive?

We provide free artwork approval before any engraving begins, which usually takes 1–2 business days. Once you've approved the design, production and tracked delivery take 5–10 working days in total. If you need something sooner, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's feasible.

What if I make a mistake in the wording, or don't like the design?

Nothing is engraved until you've seen and approved a free artwork proof. You can check the wording, spelling, layout and font before we begin production, and request changes if anything isn't right - so there are no surprises once your plaque is made.

Which material should I choose — brass, stainless steel or aluminium?

Brass gives a traditional, warm gold finish and is a popular choice for classic memorial or heritage-style plaques. Stainless steel is modern, low-maintenance and highly weather-resistant, ideal for exposed outdoor spots. Aluminium is lightweight and the most affordable option, while still giving a clean, professional finish. All three are fully personalised and suitable for outdoor use.

Will my plaque hold up outdoors, in the rain and sun?

Yes. Brass, stainless steel and aluminium are all suitable for outdoor use and are engraved with black infill as standard for a clean, long-lasting finish. Stainless steel is the strongest choice for constant outdoor exposure, but all three materials are made to withstand the elements.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is charged separately at checkout and ranges from £9.99 up to £17.99 for larger A3+ sized plaques, and includes tracked delivery. You'll see the exact delivery cost for your chosen size before you complete your order.

Can I return my plaque if I change my mind?

Because every plaque is personalised and made to order, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind once artwork has been approved and production has started. If your plaque arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number, a description and photos, and we'll put it right.
